We understand that sometimes we change our mind, or possibly a certain item doesn't necessarily dress in the way we thought it might when making a purchase.
And so we want to make it comfortable as possible for you (in the hugely unlikely event that this) should be the case.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Our policy lasts 28 days, so please contact us a quickly as possible if you are wishing to return something.
If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The return any item will be the responsibility of the shipper.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Following approval your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a (maximum) period of 14 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you are eligible for a refund but feel there is a delay, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It can be there is some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unworn and unused sale items may be exchanged to the same value or higher.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us and then send your item to: Returns @ Seaward & Stearn, Kamen House, Magdalen Street, London, SE1 2RH.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, or purchased with a gift card, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she.
